If the measurement is wrong, everything after it is a guess

We rebuild the layer every decision sits on: tagging, consent, server side collection and reporting. Then your dashboards start agreeing with your bank account.

The problem

Most teams have plenty of data and no confidence in it

The panel is open, the dashboard is built, everyone gets a report. Then marketing and finance sit down and the numbers do not match, and the meeting turns into an argument about whether the data is real.

It is almost always the setup. Tags firing out of order, consent cutting off collection, channel definitions that drift, conversions counted twice. Nothing built on top of that layer holds up.

We fix the collection first. Then we pull reporting into one place where everyone is reading the same definitions.

MEASUREMENT AUDIT

What the audit covers

Measurement rarely breaks in one place. It is small errors stacked on each other. We test each one on its own and write up what it is costing you.

What we testWhat it costs you
Tag firing orderAn event fires before pageview and the landing page and session get recorded wrong.
Single page app viewsRoute changes never register, so the middle of the funnel looks empty.
Consent implementationData from consenting users arrives late and some events never arrive at all.
Consent modelingUsers who decline go unmodeled and your traffic looks smaller than it is.
Clicks versus sessionsAd clicks run high, sessions run low, and budget decisions get made off the gap.
Auto-tagging and UTMsChannels bleed into each other and the source report stops meaning anything.
Conversion definitionsThe same order counted twice, or not at all, and ROAS comes out wrong in both directions.
E-commerce event schemaCart and checkout steps arrive incomplete, so product level analysis is off the table.
Legacy tags still on the pageTools you thought were removed are still collecting in the background.
Cross domain and checkout handoffThe session breaks at checkout and the conversion gets credited to the wrong source.
Scope

What we build

The work that follows the audit. Take all of it, or take the parts you actually need.

Measurement infrastructure

GA4 and tag management rebuilt from zero. Event schema, conversion validation and documentation your team can hand to the next person.

Server side tracking

Collection through your own domain, out of reach of browser restrictions. The loss rate drops noticeably and stays down.

Consent management and modeling

A consent flow that holds up under GDPR, KVKK and whichever local regime applies in your markets, Consent Mode wired correctly, and modeling for the users who opt out.

Conversion APIs

Signal sent back to the platforms properly through Meta Conversions API, Google enhanced conversions and TikTok Events API.

App measurement

Attribution built end to end on the app side. In-app event schema, channel breakdown and purchase validation.

Pipeline and reporting

A UTM standard everyone follows, transformation, warehouse streaming, and web plus app data in one view.

How we engage

Two ways to work with us

Measurement is never finished. Every site change, every new campaign, every new template moves it. So we offer two models.

Project

Audit, build and documentation. When it ships the infrastructure is yours and your team runs it. Usually the right call when a new site or app is launching.

Retainer

Monthly. We watch accuracy, extend the setup as new campaigns and pages go live, and read the data back to you instead of just sending it.

Process

How it runs

1

Audit

A pass over the current setup, everything missing or double counted, and a ranked list of what is actually breaking decisions.

2

Build

Tagging plan rewritten, server side switched on, validation tested before anyone reads a number off it.

3

Reporting

Dashboards live, team trained, and monthly commentary that says what changed and why.

Symptoms

Any of this sound like your setup

Your ad platforms and your analytics never agree
You are not sure your conversions are actually conversions
Monthly reporting eats three days of someone's time
Channel attribution is a standing argument nobody wins
Data loss went up after the cookie and tracking restrictions
A new site or app is about to launch and you want the tracking right on day one
FAQ

Questions we get

Can we recover the data we already lost?

No. Data that was never collected cannot be reconstructed later. From the day the setup is right, what accumulates is sound, but the past stays as it is. We say this before you sign, not after.

How long does this take?

The technical build runs a few weeks. Modeling settling in and the numbers converging on reality takes another six to twelve weeks on top.

What happens to the users who decline consent?

They are not tracked directly. With a properly built consent flow they are estimated through modeling. Our target is at least 70 to 80 percent of ad clicks showing up as sessions.

Why bother with server side?

Browser restrictions and ad blockers cut off part of client side collection. Server side moves the data through your own domain and the loss drops noticeably.

Does this cover our mobile app?

Yes. We build attribution end to end on the app side and merge web and app into the same view.

Can we buy this on its own while another agency runs our media?

You can. Measurement stands on its own. We audit, build and hand over the documentation, and you take consulting on measurement, analysis and reporting without moving anything else.

Do you trust your numbers?

Start with a short measurement audit. We will show you where the losses are.
