Jumbo: 47% Growth in Non-Brand Organic Clicks

47%Non-brand organic clicks

We grew Jumbo's non-brand organic clicks 47%

We took top positions on the category queries that carry the volume: dinnerware, cookware sets and coffee machines.

THE BRAND

About Jumbo

Jumbo started in Istanbul in 1947 as a cutlery workshop. Today it is a housewares brand across tableware, cookware and kitchen.

Alongside its own lines it holds the Türkiye distribution for Smeg, KitchenAid, Alessi and Victorinox.

The positioning is upper segment, built on design and build quality, backed by more than a hundred and twenty industrial design awards.

Those category queries carry high volume and equally high competition. Slipping off page one on them costs revenue the same week.

WHERE WE STARTED

What we were up against

What stood in the way when we started. The order is not random, we went after the highest impact first.

Losing ground on the highest volume category queries
Category pages not fully answering the intent behind the search
Crawl budget spread thin across a wide catalog
Subcategories competing with each other for the same terms
Seasonal categories ranking too late in the season
Content depth behind what the competition was publishing
THE PLAN

What we did

1

We fixed the technical base

We cleared the crawl and indexing blockers first. No amount of content work pays off until site health is settled.

2

Page and content architecture

We rebuilt the category pages against a keyword list agreed with the brand, leading with the highest volume commercial terms.

3

Then we kept going

We tracked position movement weekly and reset content and on-page priorities off what the data showed.

RESULTS

THE TAKEAWAY

Agree the keyword list and the arguments stop

When the brand agrees the tracked keyword set up front, the monthly report becomes something people read instead of something people dispute.

Non-brand focusThe growth came from people discovering the brand, not from people already looking for it.
A base that lastsWhat is left is an organic base that compounds instead of resetting the day the work stops.
One viewTraffic, keywords and revenue read off one screen instead of three separate reports.
